KWIC have targeted the market in the promotion and development of Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs), in particular the utilisation of the existing local supply chain in Wales.
Our philosophy creates ongoing opportunities and support for local SMEs and aims to maximise the spend of the Welsh pound in Wales.
By forming a sustainable, collaborative delivery approach we look to maximise both employment and training opportunities within communities, in line with Welsh Government initiatives.

- Common vision and leadership – An absolute focus on the end purpose based on a clear understanding by all participants of what represents value for the client and end users. Leadership needs to establish this common vision and then constantly relate progress by the project to this vision to reinforce the team’s goal.
